Privacy Policy.

The short version

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and it does not have user accounts. The only personal information we collect is what you type into our three inquiry forms (business, advisory, and investor). We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else. We never sell personal information.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form, we receive the details you enter, which may include:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and (optionally) LinkedIn profile URL
• The business details and message you choose to share
• Technical details recorded with the submission: your IP address and browser user-agent string, kept for spam and abuse prevention

If you email us directly at contact@kolapasi.com, we receive whatever you include in your email.

How we use it

• To read, assess, and respond to your inquiry
• To keep a record of business, advisory, and investor conversations
• To protect the website from spam and abuse

We do not use your information for marketing lists, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in access-controlled files on our web hosting provider's servers (SiteGround), and a copy is emailed to contact@kolapasi.com, which is hosted on Microsoft 365. Both providers act as our processors and may store data in data centers outside your country. Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as the conversation they relate to is live, and no longer than needed for a legitimate business purpose. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time (see your rights below).

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party trackers. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations, as virtually all websites' hosts do.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the Australian Privacy Principles and the EU/UK GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is handled. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@kolapasi.com and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local privacy regulator (in Australia, the OAIC).

Children

Our inquiry forms are intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information — for example, if we add online ordering or analytics in the future — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
